The Palestinians in the OPT, and especially the Bedouin community in the West Bank have restricted access to drinking water, a vital resource controlled by the Israeli authorities. The Israeli planning regime and the forced displacements are affecting the communities livelihood and way of life. According to international law an occupying force has to provide for the basic need of the people in the occupied territories, such as water.
